Is the price I build really fixed?
Yes. The total you see is the price — fixed before any work starts. No surprise extras, no “that’ll be more once we scope it” a month down the line.
Do I have to book a meeting to get a price?
No. That’s the whole point — you build your quote yourself and see the price instantly. Once you’re happy with it, we start with a quick phone call. If it helps, we can set up a Zoom or Teams call whenever you’d like to talk things through.
Are these bespoke websites, or built from templates?
Every website I build is bespoke — designed from scratch around your business, not dropped onto an off-the-shelf WordPress theme that thousands of other sites already use. That means your site stands apart from your competitors, loads faster without the bloat that comes bundled with templates, and is far easier to extend as your business grows.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit gets the work started. The remaining 50% is due once your website is complete on the development server and you’re ready to take it live.
Do I get ongoing support?
Yes. You get 30 days of free support after launch — if anything isn’t working quite right, I’ll put it straight at no extra cost.
